Location! Location! Location!

 

We loved the Armas hotel in Historic Old San Juan. The staff is so sweet and friendly. All the way to the point we checked out, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

 

Loli at the front desk even brought us cups with ice and bottles of water, while we waited for our uber driver. We also had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, who was so friendly and made us feel welcomed. This hotel is located near all of the important historical places and the good restaurants. The room was very clean. We felt so welcomed and we will certainly be coming back.

Cozy hotel in a great location! Central to everything.

​Rooms: Small and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a little tight. Love all the authentic historical touches all around the building.

Nearby activities: Restaurants, live entertainment, shopping, all historic sites.

Safety: Very safe.

Walkability: Central to everything in old San Juan.

Food & drinks: None but tons of stuff within one minute walk.

Great hotel. Very clean, comfortable bed, good location.


The staff is just amazing!!! Everyone is very welcoming and attentive, and even the owner is so friendly. They really do care.


Edgard at the front desk was super patient :)

 

He helped me make reservations and plan my whole trip!
