Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Armas Hotel (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit https://armashotel.com (the “Site”) or book with us. Please read it carefully.

  1. Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
     

  1. Age Requirement:

    • Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in.
       

  2. Payment and Deposit:

    • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

    • A security deposit of $150 (refundable upon check-out) may be charged for incidentals. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
       

  3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

    • Reservations must be canceled 48 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge.

    • Failure to check in without a valid cancellation will be charged forthe first night's stay.

 

  1. Smoking Policy

    • Armas Hotel is a 100% smoke-free property. This includes all guest rooms, balconies, and public areas.

    • A $250 cleaning fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking in the room, including lingering odors not limited to Cannabis/tobacco present in the room.

 

  1. Pet Policy

    • Pets are not allowed at Armas Hotel, with the exception of certified service animals. Documentation is required at check-in.

 

  1. Noise Policy

    • Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

    • Excessive noise complaints may result in a warning or removal from the property without a refund.

 

  1. Damage and Liability

    • (Room Condition:)

  1. Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property during their stay.

  2. Charges for damages or excessive cleaning (beyond standard housekeeping) will be applied to the guest’s credit card.

  • (Personal Belongings:)

    1. Armas Hotel LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please use the front desk safe for valuables.

 

  1. Parking

    • No on-site parking is available

 

  1. Internet

    • Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Misuse or illegal activity on the hotel’s network is strictly prohibited.

 

  1. Fire Safety

    • Tampering with smoke detectors or any fire safety equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in a $500 fine.

 

  1. Housekeeping

    • Daily housekeeping services are provided unless otherwise requested.

    • Please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign to indicate if you do not wish to be disturbed.

 

  1. Additional Fees

    • Lost Key Fee:

      1. A $20 fee will be charged for lost or unreturned room keys.

    • Unregistered Guests:

      1. Guests must inform the front desk of any visitors. Unregistered overnight guests may result in additional charges or eviction.

 

  1. Miscellaneous

    • Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

    • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves in an inappropriate manner.

 

  1. Acknowledgment

    • By completing your booking and checking in, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere may result in additional charges or removal from the property without a refund.
