Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
A security deposit of $150 (refundable upon check-out) may be charged for incidentals. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
Reservations must be canceled 48 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge.
Failure to check in without a valid cancellation will be charged for the first night's stay.

Armas Hotel is a 100% smoke-free property. This includes all guest rooms, balconies, and public areas.
A $250 cleaning fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking in the room, including lingering odors not limited to Cannabis/tobacco present in the room.

Refunds
Change of Mind:
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for food items unless there is a quality issue.

Proof of Purchase:
A receipt is required for all refund or replacement requests.

Non-Refundable Items:
Opened items, perishable goods are non-refundable unless defective.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Pets are not allowed at Armas Hotel, except for certified service animals. Documentation is required at check-in.
Noise
Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.Excessive noise complaints may result in a warning or removal from the property without a refund.
Damage and Liability
1. Room Condition:Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property during their stay.Charges for damages or excessive cleaning (beyond standard housekeeping) will be applied to the guest’s credit card.

2. Personal Belongings:Armas Hotel LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please use the safe at the front desk for valuables.
Parking
No on-site parking is available.
Internet
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Misuse or illegal activity on the hotel’s network is strictly prohibited.
Fire Safety
Tampering with smoke detectors or any fire safety equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in a $500 fine.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is available upon request.Please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign to indicate if you do not wish to be disturbed.
Additional Fees
Lost Key Fee
A $20 fee will be charged for lost or unreturned room keys.
Unregistered Guests

Miscellaneous
